Since early in the last Decade of the last Century of the last Millennium, Curt has been selling his tried & true Creole Italian seasoning salt. Garlic, onion, paprika, thyme, oregano, black pepper and just a wee bit of Cayenne to make it zippy - not hot. Curt's Cooking Spice came about when Curt watched an episode of Cajun Chef Justin Wilson on PBS in the late 80's or early 90's. Justin was outdoors grilling pork ribs and chicken and he told his audience that "a bit of crushed mint" sprinkled on the chicken or pork with the other seasonings would guarantee everyone at the table would ask "why is this meat so good?" Well friends, I tried it, loved it and added mint to my famous Curt's Table Spice. The rest, as they say, is history!
